Currently, we only ship within Canada to provinces where our products are legal. All orders are shipped discreetly with tracking information provided.

Yes, all our packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority. The return address shows only our company name with no product references.

Payments

We accept Interac e-Transfer for all orders. After placing your order, you'll receive an email with e-Transfer instructions. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.

Yes, Interac e-Transfer is one of the most secure payment methods available. Your banking information is never shared with us - you send the payment directly through your bank. We only receive the funds once you complete the transfer.

Click the "My Account" link in the navigation menu, then select "Create Account." You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and verify your age. You can also create an account during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via Interac e-Transfer to the email address on your account.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
